Responsibilities
*Ensure product sourced from Asia complying with standards & regulation in North America and be able to validate the product certification effectiveness.
* Work closely with Sourcing & product assurance team at HQ to conduct factory audit according to company requirements (quality system assessment, social responsibility and CTPAT etc).
*Work closely with product development team on product testing, provide on-site technical guidance to vendors and monitor them toward assuring product and process compliance with specific requirements.
*Follow up and validate improvement plans for non-conformities found during FA, inspection as well as quality complaint.
*Handle customer complaints in a timely and effective manner and help vendor implement corrective and preventive actions.
*Develop necessary test protocol and inspection list and provide product/standard/SOP training to vendors, in-house QCs, and sourcing team.
*Tracking, management, and reporting for the assigned quality initiative programs.
*Be able to develop, maintain and manage the quality documents.
*Other assignment required by QA manager
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:
*Over 3 years related working experience at QA, SQE or PE.
*Strong communication skill with different parties (Sourcing, QC, vendor, Oversea colleagues)
*Experienced on quality complaint handling or data analysis.
*Strong technical background to analyse and deal with problems.
*Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
*Willingness to travel domestically
